“Da Bai（大白）” (ABV 7.0%), literally meaning “Big White”, was the nickname affectionately given to the oldest of the two brothers by their grandmother, for obvious reasons.
Brewed with Centenniel, Mosaic, Citra and Amarillo, this West Coast style IPA features aromas of biscuity malt, grassy hops, and tropical citrus notes of mango, pineapple, and grapefruit.
It finishes with medium-strong bitterness and a touch of sweetness, just like the older brother.
